Prices are per user / month, managed. Buying for a team? Add users on any plan and save 1% per additional user, up to 10 users — the per-user price and total update as you choose. Need a hand outside your package? Buy a block of prepaid hours and draw them down as you go — perfect for the DIY-IT crowd who just need occasional expert help. 4-hour minimum, and your hours are good for 3 years. Pick your hours and the price updates live: save 1% per hour, up to 20 hours.
