Common questions
Does the agent slow the machine down?
No meaningfully. It is a lightweight service that reports telemetry and runs scheduled tasks, usually during maintenance windows.
Can you see my screen or my files?
Remote access requires a session that is logged and, on our standard configuration, prompts the user. Monitoring reads system health, not documents.
What about machines that are off or travelling?
They report when they reconnect. Devices that stop checking in for longer than expected raise their own alert — a laptop that has gone quiet for three weeks is itself worth knowing about.
